out clubbing with the gv lot was cool, probably starting going out with mike, that was pretty great.

humm what else, oh we are having a binbag ball aroung christmas as a christmas party for our youthgroups in the area its gonna be so cool you have to go dressed in binbags!! whoop!
i tell ya its supprisingly hard to make binbag clothes which can be made now removed and put back on, but i want to have a dress before the day so ive started!!
after much trying to make removable tops and failing i realised it wouls have to be cardigan style with a zip or poppers or some sort of fixing device... so now i ahve a binbag top with a lace up back! will post pics after the do.

realy irratated tht the software that should have come with my phone to enable file transfer isnt here so i cant put pics online and by the fact i have an essay to do bu tues that i just cant make myself do, but otherwise am a happy lass,

back at home for possibly the last time, came home for my day off and slept in my own bed.. sooo good, but i never will say in my own bed in my own room again, my parents move this week, and so next visit home will be to a new home, its like the end of an era, ive never moved before, and even moving away i had the security of home to come back to, but now it will be an alien bungalo in tiverton. mope.

feelin a bit down right now, missed my last chance to see mike before he went to leicester, havnt seen him for a week (last chance to see him was sat before he went but was in b-water) now wont see him for 2 - 3 weeks, so thatll be about a month in total, but its not like we havnt been apart before!! still i shall miss him.

starting to miss everyone now, i think its ecause im home, its ok, in b-water coz im too busy to stop and think about people, but now im at home all alone, waiting for mum to come back for lunch. will go see tiff and mini tiff after lunch, thatll be nice, abbigale is so beautiful! but she has a cold, poor las.

thought id let you know what im doing.

well, i moved into netherstowe (20min outside of bridgwater) as i will be working with nether stowe church, and will commute to bridgwater as and when needed.

i have spent a week in netherstowe/ bridgwater and have met with the leaders of the youthgroups etc and have fixed myself a timetable, it feels nice to have a schedual again!! ive had 2 training days with exams already, one in health and hygine, one in food saftey not particulaly fun and lots of days of admin and traveling arund getting to know the area.

my second week has been spent in leicester uni (where mike will be for 4 years studying geology) having a training week consisting of lots of lectures on child protection, and the like. Some was good, but a lot rather tiring!!

im back at 'home' in netherstowe now, but i move again tomorrow to the place i will be staying for the whole year, ive yet to meet my host parents for more that 10 min yet, so im a little worried, also the fact that they are around 70 wont make it much easier if im going to be in late for lots of evenings a week! we will just hacve to see how it goes!

so there you are a brief and ratger boring intro to the life of meg in grapevine, i promice the next entry will be better!

right im off to plan for the church youth group tomorrow... which i am leading... alone... after only meeting the kids once... and not knowing how this group is normaly led or how time is usualy spent... its kinda like jumping in at the deep-end with no armbands when the wave machine is on!
